Our coolers are crafted from rotationally-molded LLDPE plastic, ensuring even wall thicknesses for unparalleled durability. This unique manufacturing process guarantees a strong, long-lasting product.

Excellent Thermal Properties

Our hard-sided coolers are pressure-injected with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam, providing optimal cooling and environmental benefits. Ecomate has no global warming potential, no ozone depletion potential, and contains no VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

Secure Seal and Insulation

The lid of our coolers is equipped with a rubber gasket that traps cold air, extending the lifespan of your ice. The dry goods tray is sold separately to meet your specific needs.

Bear-Resistant Certification

All Grizzly hardside coolers are certified by the Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee (IGBC). They are designed to resist bear attacks, featuring two lock holes to secure your cooler and keep your contents safe.
